Not in LOVE with your purchase? Don't worry- you have 30 days to send back eligible returns for a full refund of the merchandise or exchange. Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 12 hours of shipment delivery at support@sarcasticme.com. Business hours are Mon~Fri 10AM-6PM Pacific Time (excluding select Holidays).
Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or a full refund of the merchandise in the original form of payment. Returns that do not meet our policy and/or received not in its original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Sarcastic ME does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in the original condition it was sent accompanied with all original packaging and invoice. Sarcastic ME will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges are offered with one size exchange only. Please contact customer service at support@sarcasticme.com for exchanges prior to making your return.
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return package. Your original invoice with the return item(s) marked must be included inside your return package. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or misdelivered. Sarcastic ME cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, misdelivered or damaged due to improper packaging.
